Rhonda Nowak, Client Service Representative
Rhonda is our in-house medical benefits client service representative in Spokane.  She is a primary contact for our clients in Eastern Washington and Idaho.

Rhonda's position is designed to support the activities of our Spokane-based medical benefits division (Copperleaf Consultants) by answering most client/participant questions, setting up meetings, and scheduling routine service visits.  Rhonda has a unique background which includes valuable administrative experience from the medical benefits field as well as years of service experience for current and prospective clients.  In her off hours, she serves our community as an Emergency Medical Technician and Volunteer Firefighter.
