The HRA VEBA Trust for Public Employees in the Northwest provides an HRA for eligible employees of counties, cities, and special purpose districts in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.  School district employees in Oregon and Idaho are also eligible.  Find plan information, investment fund performance, participant forms, and a link to online account access for active participants.
