Briana Russ, Client Service Representative
Briana is our in-house client service representative in Spokane.  She is the primary contact for our clients in Eastern Washington, Oregon, and Idaho (our designated field service representatives from these regions travel much of the time providing local, onsite service).

Briana's position is designed to support the activities of our Spokane-based field service representatives by answering most questions, setting up meetings, and scheduling routine service visits.  Briana has a unique background which includes valuable VEBA (HRA) third-party administrative experience dating back to 1999.
