John Fulbright

John Fulbright, Consultant - Communications Director
John assists in the operation and oversight of all plans, and provides on-site service and support to active and prospective employers and employee groups in multiple states, assisting them with proper HRA plan design, adoption, and implementation.  He also performs much of the technical writing of plan literature, correspondence, and forms.

John has dedicated his career to serving public employees since 1987.  He’s worked for VEBA Service Group, LLC since 1998, and before being promoted to our home office in 2005, represented HRA plans to Washington State agencies, higher education institutions, counties, cities, school districts, and other governmental employers.  Previously, he was the employee benefits coordinator for a large public school district in Washington and also represented specialized insurance plans available to education employees.
 
John has conducted state-wide workshops in Washington for public school human resources and employee benefits personnel and is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans.  John holds a Washington State life and disability insurance license.
