Rich Dickman

Rich Dickman, Northwest Marketing Director
Rich is responsible for managing all sales and marketing activities in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.  He supervises and trains our local service representatives to ensure clients receive superior support and service.  Rich also provides in-depth guidance and advice to employers and employee groups during the adoption, implementation, and ongoing administration phases of their HRA program.

Rich’s public service career began in 1992 and included work as an accountant and audit director prior to joining VEBA Service Group, LLC in 1998.
 
Rich graduated from Eastern Washington University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance and marketing and a minor in accounting and economics.  Rich holds a Washington State life and disability insurance license and is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, the Institute of Internal Auditors, and the Washington Finance Officers Association.
